Description: Dusty can and does drink anyone under a table. He can also win a duel while drunk off of his ass.

Note: Dusty is a pretty blank slate right now, so if anyone wants to write him, then feel free. As with any one of my secondary characters, writing for him might require some revision, but I highly doubt it. Oh, and he's dead, so have fun with that.
