After not having a single thought about this forum for 8 years, I received a 'newsletter' email that brought me back here. This place brings back a flood of memories. I haven't written creatively in probably 6 years and I miss it. I gave into my nostalgia and tried to find other roleplaying forums that I was a part of so long ago, but even the largest are apparently dead now and have been for years.

Is forum RP dead? How did it die, did something replace it? Is it resurrectable at all or should it be left alone in its unmarked grave to become just one more forgotten relic of the internet's youth?
